This knife has a 15cm long blade, made from the finest blue paper steel with folded steel cladding. This is a fast handy blade, with a large belly, perfect for rocking over vegetables and herbs. The layered steel creates the marbled effect, and after forging and hardening, each piece has its own unique pattern
The handle, maple and steel bolster, is handcrafted to be perfectly weighted- the bolster acts as a counter weight to the blade and the fluting of the handle is ergonomically designed to sit comfortably in your hand.
